- Designed and shipped an automated, fault-tolerant Azure EV2 rollout-generation framework for distributed, multi-tier deployments, reducing manual deployment work by 15×.
- Built a workload-scoped Service Model generator, cutting onboarding from 2 weeks to 2 days and artifact size by 98% (3,375 resources to 54).
- Added 77 automated unit tests with mutation testing as a build-blocking quality gate; delivered through 5 merged production pull requests.

- Developed autonomous ground vehicle detection from real-time drone video using Detectron2 and a custom CSPDarkNet-53 backbone.
- Achieved 10% lower inference latency with only a 3% mAP reduction versus stable baselines, balancing model complexity and edge-device performance.
- Evaluated YOLO, Mask R-CNN, Detectron2, and RT-DETR on real-time drone-based AGV detection.
